OVERVIEW:
On May 29, 2018, Purcell Basin Minerals Inc., Bul River Mineral Corporation, Gallowai Metal Mining Corporation, Grand Mineral Corporation, Jao Mine Developers Ltd., and Stanfield Mining Group of Canada Ltd. (collectively, the “Companies”) sought and obtained protection from their creditors pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Pursuant to the Order, MNP Ltd. was appointed as Monitor of the Companies (the “Monitor”).On July 13, 2018, the Court granted an Order whereby the Monitor was directed to carry out a sales process with the objective of selling substantially all of the Companies’ assets. The Companies carry on business as developers of mineral resources, and collectively own and maintain a mine which has been referred to as the Gallowai Bul River Mine (the “Mine”).
HIGHLIGHTS:
> Mine is located thirty (30) km east of the city of Cranbrook, in the Regional District of East Kootenay in British Columbia, Canada on privately owned lands
> Mine site is past producer of copper, silver, and gold
> Mine is currently operating in Care and Maintenance under permit (M33) and Waste Management Permit (PE-16034), which allows for the production of up to 75,000 tonnes of ore per year (tailings disposal is not permitted)
> Mining Leases (2), and Mineral Claims (21)
> Year-round access to Mine by paved and all-weather roads
> Power generated from electrical power station located approximately 2.5 km from Mine site
> Infrastructure includes 750 tons per day conventional mill with adjoining crushing plant, assay laboratory, 8 bay maintenance building including adjoining compressor room, administration offices, electrical shop, and more
> 21,000 meters of underground development on seven levels along access drives and crosscuts
> Nearby Mining Camp located in Galloway, British Columbia includes furnished double wide camps and trailers
> Mining Equipment
> Approximately 69 tonnes of refined concentrate and 180,000 tonnes of extracted ore stockpiled at the MineSALES PROCESS:
