    name – CapSheaf/Magnolia
    MINFILE No 092F 274
A massive magnetite lens is developed in a garnet-epidote skarn in the basalt and limestone near the contact with intrusive rock. Grab samples of dump material around a shaft that was sunk on the lens assayed up to 4.6 per cent copper, 18.51 grams per tonne gold and 17.14 grams per tonne silver (Assessment Report 5749). This property matches all characteristics of the large producing mines on the island, further exploration could prove a very large reserve of ore, some of the property has been logged and has great access for any type of transportation. Much information is available for this property which consists of approx 180ha) with the option to expand.

    MINFILE No 092F 303,
A fault zone hosts small quartz veins 2-20″ wide mineralized with native gold. A small shipment of 0.9 tonnes was made to the vanada smelter in 1896, and reported to have yielded eight hundred dollars in gold (Approx 50 oz). A limestone lense and a hornblende porphyry dyke outcrops nearby. In places, the greyish-green altered country rock beside the quartz is impregnated with sulphides, galena and sometimes gold. This property consists of 3 cells with option to expand. (approx 60ha)

Wormy Lake Occurrence – Wollastonite-Garnet Skarn, Gabbro
    MINFILE No 092GNW053
    claim tenure# 1110921
In the vicinity of Wormy Lake, the roof pendant consists mainly of banded white, green, grey to brownish black skarn comprised of garnet, diopside, epidote with minor pyrite and chalcopyrite. Black or brown, fine-grained garnetite and light to dark grey, thinly laminated to massive limestone occur to a lesser extent. Wollastonite is contained primarily in the banded skarn. At least a 90% purity can be obtained. Only minor amounts of wollastonite are contained in the limestone and garnetite. The wollastonite outcrops intermittently. Preliminary work on the occurrence suggests that the wollastonite grade is at least equal to that in the snake bay deposit.
the offered 2 cells overlie the majority of the skarn deposit, Work is currently being preformed on surrounding properties owned by Ballinteer Management Inc.
Topography of the property favors ready and inexpensive quarrying of the wollastonite-garnet and gabbro commodities. The location of the property is close to tide water to assure an inexpensive means of transportation to the markets, with also the possibility of collaboration with developed surrounding mines.
These claims represent part of the only known tidewater resource on the west coast of North America for these minerals.

Many other properties are included with the sale, all claims owned by FMC Client# 289946 are currently being offered as a package.
Open to offers, willing to trade for mining equipment.

Warning: This property is offered for mining purposes only and ownership of the title to it does not include ownership of the surface rights or the right to use the surface for residential or recreational purposes,

Note: A FMC (free miners certificate) and BCEID is required for property transfer
