  • Wormy Lake Occurrence – Wollastonite-Garnet Skarn, Gabbro
    MINFILE No 092GNW053
    Tenure/claim # 1110921
In the vicinity of Wormy Lake, the roof pendant consists mainly of banded white, green, grey to brownish black skarn comprised of garnet, diopside, epidote with minor pyrite and chalcopyrite. Black or brown, fine-grained garnetite and light to dark grey, thinly laminated to massive limestone occur to a lesser extent. Wollastonite is contained primarily in the banded skarn. At least a 90% purity can be obtained. Only minor amounts of wollastonite are contained in the limestone and garnetite. The wollastonite outcrops intermittently but is high grade and well defined. Preliminary work on the occurrence suggests that the wollastonite grade is at least equal to that in the Snake Bay deposit.
The offered 2 cells overlie the majority of the skarn deposit, Work is currently being preformed on surrounding properties owned by Sechelt Carbonate/Ballinteer Management Inc.
Topography of the property favors ready and inexpensive quarrying of the wollastonite-garnet and gabbro commodities. The location of the property is close to tide water to assure an inexpensive means of transportation to the markets, with also the possibility of collaboration with developed surrounding mines.
These claims represent part of the only known tidewater resource on the west coast of North America for these minerals.

Reason for sale is our company is going to focus on its placer production. Sale can include many other mineral titles covering other documented mineral occurrences in the area such as gold, copper, silver, limestone
