Troublesome Pup (Dominion Creek) Gold

14 gold claims located on troublesome creek and covering the hillsides of Dominion Creek. In 2017 we brought a mini excavator in the hope of locating the shallow gravel of the rim rock. We found the rim with pay gravel 5-6 feet deep following the right limit of troublesome pup. Further exploration is suggested to measure the extent of the pay. Old timer worked the right limit hillsides. Old remains can be found everywhere which is a very good sign. This location don’t include the class 4 Water License, this is why the price is so low. This is the perfect property for someone who wants to get started on a small scale and get some yukon experience and then grow bigger as he recover the gold. Some location of paygravel can be excavated with a mini excavator and washed right away. up to 500 cubic yards/claim/year with the current license and can use up to 300 cubic meter of water with no spill back to the creek with a schedule 3 water usage authorisation. then we suggest to get a bigger license (class4) and a 200 size excavator/d8 dozer to strip a large area.
