Sale ( Fully licensed ) of Proven copper mine with proven reserves in South of Philippines

Sale of copper mine with proven reserves of 675.000 ton in South of Philippines. It has mineral processing license from Philippines government.

Total acquisition for sale is 88% stake for 13 million $.

Major stake holder operates the mine & all approvals shall be responsibility of minor local share holder.

It requires additional capex of 10ml$ to develop and extract ore or hire machinery accordingly from komatsu.

There are potential gold reserves of 3g/t which are not quantified.

From the results of the drilling program, an alteration and mineralization envelope using 1,000 ppm Cu cutoff, totaling 675,000 metric tonnes of copper has been estimated.
